Arizona Biltmore Resort

This project was a replacement of an existing pool and spa with a new structure and equipment yard. The new design includes a beach entry, volleyball, and lap swimming component. The spa and pool were built as one structure with a separation wall that would allow for the shotcrete coverage needed to install jet fittings and meet local health codes.

The equipment yard was limited because of the existing site buildings, so a custom Unistrut framing system allowed the heaters to be installed over the pumps and filter system. Shasta Pools Commercial division out of Scottsdale, Arizona was the pool contractor and constructed a phenomenal product for the owner.
