IDEA 1 Apartments is in San Diego’s vibrant east village neighborhood. The complex is the perfect place to live and work. The building includes a state-of-the-art gym, workspaces, and many outdoor amenities. One of the amenities is a stainless-steel hot spa designed as a water tower from the view at street level. The spa coordination started at pencils up between the buildings architect, structural engineer, and aquatics team. The design team also worked closely with the local health department and building codes for this one-of-a-kind spa experience.
