Shore House at the Del

Rising at the southernmost point of the legendary Hotel del Coronado in Coronado California, the Shore House at The Del® offers an oceanfront pool that blends seamlessly into the horizon. This pool was constructed above the parking garage for the resort. The pool level layout was designed by Burton Landscape Architecture Studio. The construction team was Swinerton Builders out of San Diego, CA. The pool equipment room was carved out of the unused space from the parking level below. A deck level gutter was designed to match the paver selection by the landscape architects to provide the reflection of the sky and ocean. Additions to the design were two fountains and a therapy spa.
