The reinforced shotcrete roof-top deck level gutter pool and spa was designed with a custom tile and gratings system and lounge areas inside of the pool. The spa was designed to accommodate a large bather load and has a custom jet system for back and calf. Close coordination was required with the local health and building departments to bring the unique design vision to life. Often these types of pools will experience high bather loads and space requirements for outdoor parties so specific requirements for filtration and supplemental sanitation were required to keep the pool and spa clean and clear year-round.
